Twist'N Designs is owned and managed by Donna Shadowens. A former teacher and behavior
management counselor, Donna enjoys creating, designing and managing parties and events.
She also loves sharing her interest in exotic birds with children--featuring her two "personality
plus" Cockatoo Birds, Stevie & Tecate, in educational presentations about the proper care and
nutrition for exotic birds at schools, organizations and children's parties.
